This genus if recognized would include Wattle-eyes with wattles that are either blue, green, or violet.

[edit] Taxonomy

The genus Dyaphorophyia is currently not recognized; instead the species are included in genus Platysteira. If recognized, it would include the species Chestnut Wattle-eye, White-spotted Wattle-eye, Red-cheeked Wattle-eye, Black-necked Wattle-eye, Jameson's Wattle-eye, and Yellow-bellied Wattle-eye.
