[edit] Taxonomy
Hemirhynchus is a genus in the Family Sylviidae. It was formerly placed in Paradoxornithidae.
This genus is not yet accepted by most World Lists and is usually merged with Paradoxornis. Gill and Donsker suggest the name Cholornis.
It was originally named Heteromorpha by Hodgson, but this name was preoccupied.
