[edit] OverviewRands Fjord, formerly part of the sea, is now a freshwater lake in south-east Jutland (Jylland) with a narrow channel connecting it to the sea. The lake with its reedbeds and marshes, lies in the valley of the Spang River and there are wooded and scrub-covered hillsides adding to the range of habitats.
