By Rail: Cheshunt Station—frequent service from London Liverpool Street.

By Car: Parking on the Hertfordshire side at Windmill Lane (Cheshunt Station), Cadmore Lane and Turnford; on the Essex side at Hooks Marsh, Fishers Green and Lee Valley Park Farms, all off the A194 Waltham Abbey-Nazeing Road. Toilet facilities at Fishers Green Car Park.

Other Sites Nearby

Rye Meads RSPB Reserve and Amwell NR (Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust) are nearby. Just to the south Cornmill Meadows is less good for birding but an outstanding site for dragonflies, damselflies and butterflies.
