ViewsVadehavet Bird SanctuaryFrom Opus
[edit] OverviewA continuation of the German Waddensee, the Vadehavet is the coastal area extending from the German border north to the island of Romo. Common Shelduck gather here to moult and other ducks, especially Common Eider and scoters, occur in their thousands.
