Distribution
Asia: found only in China
Southeast Asia: occurs in Indochina, Burma, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand
Taxonomy
Subspecies
It has has 3 subspecies[1]:

- A. b. henrici:
- Northern and central Vietnam
- A. b. albigula:
- South-central Vietnam
Dry evergreen forests, forest edges and bamboo stands.
Behaviour
There is little information available on their behaviour.
Diet
They forage in leaf litter.
