- Black crown, lores, cheeks, and throat
- White brow stripe
- Broad white streaks at side of throat
- Grey underparts
- Brownish belly and undertail
- Light blue bare facial skin and whitish wattles

South-east Asia: found in New Guinea and Indonesia.
