Identification
22 cm (8¾ in)
- Forward facing forehead feathers (partially concealing nostrils

Distribution
South America: found in south-eastern Colombia, south-western Venezuela, Ecuador, north-eastern Peru and west and central Amazonian Brazil.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Moist lowland forests, up to heights around 400m.
Behaviour
Diet
Their diet consists almost entirely of fruit.
