Saltator atricollis

Identification

Distribution

South America: found from the campos of eastern Bolivia to north-eastern Paraguay and interior north-eastern and central Brazil.

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

The placement of this species into genus Saltator seems uncertain at this point.

Habitat

Dry forests and savanna (Cerrado).
