Identification

Distribution

Micronesia and Palau.

Taxonomy

There are 3 subspecies:

Z. s. semperi on Palau
Z. s. owstoni on Truk
Z. s. takasukasai on Pohnpei

Has been considered conspecific in the past with Bridled White-eye and Plain White-eye.
