Distribution

Australia: found in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria.

Habitat

Woodlands and heathland with dense shrub and vegetation, rocky habitats.

Its nest is domed shaped.

Its diet includes mainly insects, with some seeds and spiders.
