Australia: occurs only in Western Australia

Taxonomy

Subspecies

There are 2 subspecies[1]:

  • G. t. tenebrosa:
  • G. t. christophori:
  • Mangroves of central Western Australia (Shark Bay to De Grey River)

Subspecies whitlocki is generally considered invalid[2].

Habitat

Mangrove forests.
