Lepidocolaptes lacrymiger

Identification

Crown in this species should be spotted (not streaked) and the streaks on the underside should be "crisper" than in Streak-headed Woodcreeper.

Distribution

Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.

Taxonomy

This species was previously thought to be part of Spot-crowned Woodcreeper.
