Forest and bushland.

[edit] Behaviour

Often fans tail broadly, and does a little dance on the forest floor. A compact, cup shaped nest out of fibres, moss and bark with an internal lining is made of cobwebs is built. Incubation takes 15 days. Four or five broods are common.

Diet includes mainly insects but also fruit and berries.
