Pyrilia barrabandi

Identification

Distribution

Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.

Taxonomy

Two subspecies are recognized: barrabandi and aurantiigena.

This species is sometimes placed in genus Pionopsitta.

Habitat

Moist lowland forest.
