Phaenicophaeus pyrrhocephalus

Identification

46 cm. Dark green back, green uppertail edged with white, white belly and undertail barred black, black crown and throat, white lower face. Large red patch around the eye and the bill is green. Sexes are similar, but juveniles are much duller.
