Identification
Rufous patch on nape. Pale blue-grey above, dark brown wings and tail. Underparts are very pale grey to white. The bill is relatively long with a downward tip.
Distribution
Peru through Bolivia and western Argentina to Chile.

High-altitude shrubland and grassland.
