Identification
White eye ring.
Distribution
Endemic to Southeast Asia: found in Northern Moluccas and Kofiau Island (Papuan Islands), Indonesia.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species.
It was formerly included in White-eyed Imperial Pigeon, together with Seram Imperial Pigeon.
Habitat
Moist lowland forests and mangrove forests.
