Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda.

[edit] Taxonomy

Parmoptila woodhousei has two subspecies:[1]

  • P. w. woodhousei
  • South-eastern Nigeria to Cameroon, southern Central African Republic and central Zaire
  • P. w. ansorgei
  • North-western Angola

Previously, this taxon included Red-fronted Antpecker and Jameson's Antpecker as a subspecies.
