Hi all, I posted a couple of these a while back as BOC shots (photos 1 and 4) but wanted to share the originals, alongside some other birds I'd like ID confirmation for. All photos taken in Khiva or the surrounding desert.

1 & 2. Provisionally ID'd as chiffchaff.
3. Wheatear sp., I'm leaning towards Isabelline?
4. Provisionally ID'd as Menetries' Warbler
5 & 6. I think this is just a scruffy chiffchaff?
7. Pied Bushchat?
8. Think this is just a Black Redstart
9. Rufous cap + strong eyestripe = Turkestan/Red-Tailed Shrike?

And as a bonus 10. a non-passerine flock which I'm pretty sure is totally non-IDable, but I thought I'd share it anyway because I can't even work out what family it could be.

1-2 and 5-6 are Chiffchaffs indeed, at least no. 1 being ssp. tristis (Siberian Chiffchaff).
3. male Isabelline Wheatear
4. male Menetrie's indeed
7. Pied Bush Chat indeed.
8. also correct, Black Redstart
9. Turkestan Shrike
10. well identifiable as Black-winged Stilts :)
