There are only a few days left for young artists to apply for the Painting Wild Scotland Bursary from the SWLA. The week long course led by Darren Rees and Chris Rose is a great chance to spend time out in the field honing field skills and being inspired by like minded people and the stunning landscape. This is a new opportunity and we are particularly keen to find a new stream of artists inspired by the natural world. If you want to apply or know of any young artists who may be interested please go to the SWLA website and click on Bursaries. If you have any links with colleges or students please spread the word. There are other bursary opportunities on the site with deadlines in September.

Visit the SWLA Website for further details; http://swla.co.uk
