Confusing situation here. Cisticola emini known as "Rock-loving Cisticola" by S&M and by Clements 4th ed. while they called Cisticola abberans "Lazy Cisticola." HOWEVER, In Clements 5th edition and on they lumped emini within abberans and ditched the name "Lazy Cisticola" and used emini's "Rock-loving Cisticola" for abberans. Meanwhile, H&M has consistently used "Rock-loving Cisticola" for abberans (emini lumped within), and so we now have Clements and H&M consensus on lumping emini within abberans and calling abberans "Rock-loving Cisticola."

If I understand what you wrote correctly, the solution seems to be to accept the lump and to call the lumped species Rock-loving Cisticola but have the page display either "Includes:" or "Alternative name:" (or both) Lazy Cisticola.

Edit: some description in the taxonomy part of the page to explain the situation seems in order.
