Can you help to identify this gull? Photo taken in Egypt on the red sea

Adult white-eyed gull, only similar species is sooty gull which is larger with a heavier bill, not as slender, and yellowish rather than red at the base.

Hi

Here is a shot of a Sooty Gull for comparison (ok so its not in flight) but shows the features said by Andrew.
