Tiger (1 Viewer)

I don't have anything really in the way of wildlife as I usually paint/draw people, and their pets. However, I did paint this Tiger in Oils. I don't see tones of colour well, so he took me along time to do.

I have recently upgraded my camera to a 7D, and been snapping birds, and Squirrels. Hopefully I shall be painting more wildlife soon.

Sure can't tell that you don't see tones well, the painting looks fantastic. And I agree with George, nicely rendered details. I like how you kept background detail to a minimum to bring the focus on the tiger.

Thank you very much guys. This Tiger is not actually as detailed as I can do. I'll post some of my other work as an example.

George, I'm getting there with the bird pics. They are improving each time I go out, and I think I have a couple I may be able to use soon!
