Sandpiper for ID (UK) (1 Viewer)

Hi

This image is a video frame 18/10/17 and in the field I assumed a lone Dunlin. However, the supercilium is very pronounced and it looks quite 'scaly', so I'm wondering if it is a juvenile Curlew Sandpiper?

Any help will be much appreciated.
