Best way is to start smoking. Throw your butts into a jar with water, let macerate for a few days, filter, put the liquid into a spray bottle, and start shooting the little buggers! You can also mix in capsaicin in some form (cayenne pepper works best). I usually put in a small amount, maybe a couple of ml of soap for dishwashing - seems to stick to them better. You should leave the stuff on a couple of days and then wash the plants with water to get rid of the stuff (dead mites, and residue from the tobacco water).
