Pros
  • handy and balances good while on the back,, quick access to my camera
Cons
  • needs a wider neck strap,, I added a lambs wool sleeve that works great,,
I have the 200 model as the 300 offered too much space for additional gear and I did not want the weight to hassle with,,

I carry my E3 with the 12-60mm mounted as well as my 50-200mm and 150mm and 35mm macro,, total weight of the bag on my back is right at 14 pounds which is very managable,,

the quality of the bag is very good,, the internal spacers could use more velcro surface for greater adjustments,,

all my past bags were shoulder straps and it took a tad to get use to this arrangement which I now prefer,,

Pros
  • decent size
Cons
  • had two and they would never obtain proper focus
I tried two of these lens and the first one had a front focus issue of about 8 inches at 15 feet,, it would never obtain focus at infinity,, sent it back to B&H for a replacement,,

when the second lens arrived I went outside for a few shots and immediately notice the lens was having a hard time tryign to focus on anything just hunting all over,, if I would manually focus it on a subject it often would start hunting for another focus point,, at times it would also just click click click like the internal focus was trying but nothing would happen,,

I called Sigma in New York and they said to send it in for repair, a brand new lens???? I told them my story about this being the second lens I was trying and they could care less,, send it back was their reply,,

after checking around on a few other camera locations I find that others are experiencing similar problems,, one person said he had sent his lens back to Sigma and they had it for a 50 days and still no resolve on the problem,,

I returned the second lens to B&H for a refund,, will buy an Olympus 150mm 2.0,, will cost more but I know it will work on my E3,,

Pros
  • best viewing scope I have ever looked through for birding,, excellent quality,
Cons
  • size and portability depending on your strength
have had my TV85 for several years now and taken thousands of photos through it digascoping and prime focus,, started with the Nikon Coolopix 990 when they first hit the streets,, finally upgraded to the new Nikon P5000,, for prime focus work I use to use a Nikon F5 and now using an Oly E500,,

the variety of eye pieces, clarity, light transmission and overr-all usefulness are its best qualities,, from terrestrial to astronomy all in one scope package,, check the color transmission and quality of this scope before buying another scope,,

you can purchase 45 degree 1 1/4" and 2" prisms to work at this angle,,

Tele Vue makes quality adapters for doing afocal and T mount attachments for various cameras,, check out their web site in the birding section,, some of my very old photos are posted there,,

agree with Michael, will never sell,,
