PROs:
+ Binos look and feel very good, it's a pleasure to hold them
+ Softish rubber padding gives good grip and provides shock-protection
+ Comfortable focus wheel
+ Lightweight
+ Very good optical specifications (FOV, eye relief, near focus)
+ Good sharpness in the centre
+ Good contrast
+ Good for low light viewing
+ Very good whiteness rendition
CONs:
- Some accessories are not functional due to absurd design
- Central hinge far too loose
- Specified as waterproof, but the manual contains contradictory statements here
- CA-control far from convincing, even in the centre
- Very strong rolling ball effect
- Mediocre warranty for European customers ("10 years", but you have to read the small print)
- Price/performance ratio not overwhelming (about 550 Euros, in Middle Europe)
.
