Description: from William Optics :

Magnificent comfort and great color correction, these binoculars are your ideal companion for hiking & camping, sports, birdwatching. Nitrogen filling makes them suitable for marine environments. 7 degree FOV makes them suitable for inexpensive and relaxed widefield stargazing. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Pros: waterproof
Cons: poor build quality, too expensive

even this binos is stated as semi apochromatic...the color correction isnt that great...the sweetspot was relatively narrow..

and the build quality, IMHO is bad....after few months of light use, we experienced loose center hinge and problem in focus knob (uneven tightness and rough). And the diopter lock mechanism was not very well built...

for the price I paid (around $250 new) combined with so so optics and poor build quality, it was disappointing..
