it's a full adult with pigment issues on bill (note large white primary tips and all white p10 tip). can't tell subsp. but most likely an argenteus.

Apart from my feeling that this is a 3cy cachinnans - herring gull is not rare in NE Ukraine at the moment. many HG in estern europe moving south now.

2nd is same species but a 1st cycle.
