No birds I can think of that really sound like a chiffy. The video you attached has the timbre of our robin's call note, but they don't repeat it for nearly as long as chiffchaffs do.

1 is Black (-eared) Kite. 3 is Oriental Magpie-robin female and 4 is the male.

Not sure on 2 - one of the bulbuls, I think, and I'm not good at those.
