Best tripod/head for Swarovski 95

Apologies if this question has been asked and answered before. Last year I bought a Swarovski 95. Still reeling from the cost of this I bought a new, lighter tripod at the cheaper end of the scale....

Not sure what is at Blacktoft Sands at the moment but I would not advise right now as the best time to travel there all the way from South Wales. You would be better of waiting tlill next year and...
