There has been a few Wheatears around the Scar House reservoir at the top of Nidderdale for the last 3 weeks or so even seen from the car park near where the Ring Ouzel is.

We had 3 Red Kites around the junction of Harehills and the A58 last week on the way back from Jimmie's looked out of place but of course it was their preffered habitat in days gone by.

Just be aware that at Lingham the car park is locked at 5 p.m. unless they are making other provisions.This is because it is the working quarry not the nature reserve just down the road.
