I just received my Bushnell Legend 8x42 M's. The focus is perfect and there is no grease oozing out like the Euro HD's. No free play and not too tight. In fact better than a Swarovski. Eye relief...

I had Lasik surgery on my eyes years ago and they have stayed at 20/20 by my own testing. When you get older there is AMD, Cataracts, and Glaucoma to worry about though.

I never realized the 10x32 EL had such a big FOV @ 360 feet and 64 degree's AFOV. That is impressive and the EL still has a slight advantage over the new CL in FOV. That video on the CL looks like a...

Your right. The acuity surveys just show what is possible with young, perfect eyes. Most of us aren't perfect so you don't want to select a binocular based solely on transmission and resolution...

If you believe Allbino's transmission testing is valid it is true on the 10x42 SE and the 10x42 HT. They have the HT's transmission @ 93% and the SE's transmission @ 96%. 96% minus 93% is 3% correct?...

I have never seen transmission's that low on the SE. I would trust Allbino's before I would trust those. Generally a porro will have better transmission better than any roof. Roofs don't have as wide...
