can a commmon grackle do that? I thought it was too big? but it is the only bird strong enough to fight off a starling in its own domain and carry the chicks. I just didnt think a grackle could fit...

Every year a pair of starlings nests in a hole on the roof of a tiny over pass in my yard. It is just a lil area that you can sit under incase you want to be away from the sun light or rain.
