    is it a kestrel

    Hi can anyone tell me if this is a young kestrel? It was seen at sunk island a couple of weeks ago. It seems very small but it looks like a kestrel to me. Also is the other bird a leucistic crow?

    Strange feet

    Hi can anyone tell me what is going on with these Chaffinches feet. I was staying in a B&B in Barmouth and the owner fed the birds daily. Quite a large flock of Chaffinches Visited the feeders throughout the day and I noticed that a few of them had this problem to a lesser or greater degree.

    Cyprus birds ID please

    These birds were seen on the Akamas 31/03/12 Looking at my book I think the 1st is a chiffchaff and maybe the second. what could the 3rd one be and what do you think is wrong with its bill? All birds were in low shrub and olive trees.

    waxwings

    I see there have been some sightings of waxwings in Yorkshire but I don't know just where. Has anyone seen any in the Bradford area? Ilooked out for them all last winter but didn't see one, I hope to be lucky this year so please post if you see them.:-O

    audouins gull or not
