    Immature Bald Eagle or Golden Eagle, Lower Hudson Valley, NY

    I saw this bird yesterday (end of February) on the Hudson River in very close proximity to a mature Bald Eagle, which was in a nearby tree at the same time. Is it an immature Bald Eagle or a Golden Eagle (or neither?). Thanks!
