    32 bit float recorders

Scenario like this; sound recordings of the wildlife using the built in mics of the Tascam Portacapture 6 or 8 on the floor as per pic (not Portacapture) Then we edit the 32 bit if the sound too low or too high. Possible?

    Digiscoping with APO system Swarovski

I tested my TLS APO 43 with full frame camera, I didn't see any difference between image with and without the APO What I noticed, with the APO, it magnifies a bit approximately at 0.5x

Fast and lightweight tripod + head for ATC

This is what I have; CCT tripod and CTH head both by Swarovski Optik. Light and very stable for digiscoping. I slides out the plate to the front of the head when I do digiscoping and you also can adjust the counter balance with the head for your ATC56 scope

    32 bit float recorders

Hio all, Fellow bird guide asked me for some recommendation regarding recorders and I advised him to get the 32 bit float either from Zoom or Tascam. These two brands are widely available in my place compared with other brands. May I know, what would you suggest the models from these makers if...

New 10x42s wanted. But which ones?

Yes at 840g. That's when the bino harness are useful for this model. But for me, I preferred neck strap and sling it across my chest with the adjustable strap when I started to feel tired on my neck.

New 10x42s wanted. But which ones?

This is my new favourite the 12x42 NL Pure by Swarovski Optik. Had the 8x32 and 10x42 EL for many years. Now quite hard for me to get back to 8x and 10x after using this 12x. If you could try next time when you have the chances, let me know what do you think of it. No idea with the Leica...

New 10x42s wanted. But which ones?

Yes quite common in my place with this bino harness and it helps to reduced body fatigue while swapping with the neck strap. Don't worry with what people think of you. It is your own enjoyment and even if you didn't have the right gear for birding, we will try our best to help you the get the...

So with the help of spotlight at nite and using 10x42 and 10x32 hand held for nocturnal wildlife, which one will resolve better details if the user is around 53 years old?

New 10x42s wanted. But which ones?

@sudynim check @beacon hill signature under his post stated: Optics weekend dates: Optics weekends in Lincolnshire <---- click this link And if you wanted the 10x42 but feels the overall weight of those binoculars are heavy for your taste, try using neck strap that comes with the bino and then...

NL Pure 8x32 field of view

I had the 8x32 and 10x42 EL since 2013 then now with the 10x32 and 12x42 NL. Quite hard for me to get back to 8x and 10x after using the 12x42 because for my eyes, I am comfortable with its FOV, well balanced with my hands and the head rest helps a lot too for longer scanning. Not only myself...
