    Unknown large snake

    Pipits

    I attach three photos of birds I believe to be Pipits, though as always I am uncertain to the type of Pipit. Bird 1 (SB001) was photographed by the coast in Fife, Scotland last December. Whereas Birds 2 (SB002) and 3 (SB03) were photographed in Norfolk last Summer.

    Last Sunday (24 July) on the way to the airport, I saw a large bird of prey sitting on a pole just 50 yards from my house in Seething, South Norfolk. I rushed back to get the big lens and obtained a good number of photos, they are decent images showing good detail, but most fairly similar...
