    Kingfisher

    Two Kingfisher this afternoon; one on the River Chess down from the De Vere, Latimer Estate where the river passes through the back of the houses. The other further along in Chesham after the pub by the playing field. I have seen one a few years ago further along this stretch. Great!

    Brighton Marina Kingfsher

    I'd read reports and saw it for myself, a Kingfisher on Brighton Marina, yesterday morning. It gave it's distinctive two tone call as it flew past. Great!!

    Chesham

    Stopping nearby with friends. A kingfisher along the River Chess, Chesham Moor. A Pochard among 40 tufted ducks on the fishing lake. Chaffinch calling in the trees. A deer along the railway side.

    Essex Kingfishers

    Hi there, I am kingfisher mad, something about them, guess it's the flight, colour and catching fish. I read the other posts and note there's some sightings in Essex. My sightings this week was one on the Mardyke, North Stifford, Wednesday and Thursday evening last week, got some really bad long...
