    Of course (neither am I, nor probably you;)). But I found it interesting that it seems to cope better than Merlin with small, distant birds. However, I so far only tested it with birds in Switzerland, where there are perhaps more previous sightings (which iNaturalist uses) than in other places.

    For me, the 7x42 is clearly better in terms of ease of view. The 7x42 has about 3 mm more „usable“ eye relief, since the eyecup fully screwed in is almost flush with the outmost lens of the eyepiece, on the 8x32 I „lose“ about 1.5 - 2 mm, and technical eye relief is 1 mm shorter than on the 7x42.

    According to my measurements (GPO Passion ED 8×32 – Binoculars Today), the Passion ED has 13 mm usable eye relief (the 16 mm of the GPO specs are the technical eye relief measured from the eyelens surface), so I would think there is a good chance that the Passion ED will work with your glasses.
