    Somerset Levels, Glastonbury

    Hawke (UK) customer service

    Just to say a big thanks to Hawke UK. Dioptre ring on my Frontier ED 8X43s got absolutely stuck. A few emails of suggestions resulted in having the binos sent to Hawke for sorting, with no charges. Immediate return of post too. Cheers.

    New Eyepiece

    I have an Acuter Grandvista 65, with the normal 16-48x zoom eyepiece. The scope takes a 1.25" EP and I would like to add a fixed eyepiece of say between 12mm and 20mm, which should give between 20x - 30x. Any recommendations?

    Opticron Service UK

    Just to say thanks to Opticron. Sent back a pair of SR GAs last Friday (25th) - rubber protection coming away from body. Collection arranged and paid for by Opticron. Back in the post today, as new! Great service.

    Customers Service

    Had a fall wearing my Frontier ED 8x43s. Front lens covers snapped and Alex sent in a new pair FOC. Oops, lost one of the covers. So Alex sent a different pair, with the O rings fitting around the barrels. Again FOC. Many thanks to Alex!
