    lubricating stiff focus

    Soviet BPC 12x40 from 1970's

    Hi, I bought the second pair of the Soviet BPC 12x40 from the 1970's and both had double vision. I already sent back one. My question is, do they easily get out of alignment or is it coincidence? Are they very difficult to collimate? They are small bios without barrels to turn. Thanks, Andy

    Binoculars with different coatings on either objective

    HI, So I bought those Soviet BPC Tento 10x50 from 1989. Strangely thay have 2 different objectives. One is coated purple/violet and the other one amber/yellow. Do you think it's on purpose? They work well. I always see these Tento and other Soviet binos with purple glasses.
