Most species of Warbler at a UK site?

A Dartford Warbler at Spurn today was the 40th species of Warbler for the site. Can any other UK site better this? Don’t say Shetland or Scilleys, they are county’s,not sites. I’m talking about “old world” Warblers, 40 does not include Blackpoll.
