    20D power pack

Graham My preference is simply to carry a spare battery. I must say I don't think I've ever had to resort to the spare when I have gone out with a fully charged battery.

Hi Hugh I find swans a difficult subject to get the exposure right. Probably the white against a darker background. I liked the Mallard and the cygnet. Of all the swan pics I've taken I've only got two in my gallery - one of those is a cygnet too. Just out of interest do you shoot raw or jpg...

Hugh I am a similar age to you and also have heart problems and can empathise with the weight issues. I am so pleased with the 105mm Sigma that I purchased a Kenko Pro 300 1.4X converter to go with it. Because the Sigma is sharp the TC works well with good results and retains AF. My gear is...

    Excel hyperlinks to photoshop

John Yes I did but I am puzzled as to why Excel does this and does not follow the assigned file associations. It would seem that it is neccessary to remove MS Photo Editor from your system in which case the expected file association is adopted, or the intervention of another program forces...

    Excel hyperlinks to photoshop

As an experiment, I inserted a hyperlink into an Excel document and I get the same problem as John. Hyperlinked pics open up in MS Photo editor whereas all other pics open up according to their file associations. Pxl8's solution regarding removing MS photo editor seems very likely to work...

    Excel hyperlinks to photoshop
