    another flycatcher from the bornean rainforest

    This one we saw a few times but i was never able to match it exactly with illustrations and descriptions in the field guide. I am thinking Bornean Blue Flycatcher because of the extent of the orange underneath although the guide shows more than the photo does. This bird was in thick forest...

    Small ground bird from Chiang Dao

    We saw this bird in Temple Gully near Chiang Dao. We also saw streaked wren babbler in the same location that was much darker. Thinking buff breasted babbler but would welcome any suggestions. Thanks Andy

    Taken in Perak, Malaysia near Gerik. This bird was soaring around very unfalconlike, but it looks like a Peregrine, can anyone give positive id? Thanks Rach

    Saw these flying in the distance earlier today, Belum State Park Perak. Can anyone give a positive id, we are thinking Wreathed or Plain-Pouched, leaning toward Wreathed due to the size but hard to judge as they were quite far away. Cheers Rach

    Warbler (?) ID in Malaysia

    We saw this today in KL. I am assuming it is a warbler, but I cannot get anything to match the features I observed - long legs and tail, brownish colour above with hint of green, very pale below, dark eyestripe and pale supercilium, bill yellow lower mandible, darker upper mandible, yellow legs...
