    20D favorite setting

    Hi, I know I can find the best setting by myself, but sometimes good idea can help a lot. I'm not familiar with Canon and just bough a 20D with 400mm f5.6 L USM for birding photography. Also do you have some recommandation for all around zoom lens? (I just have a 50mm f1.8 for portrait). Thanks

    D80 first impression

    handling: feel small in the hand but well balanced and can be a bit better with the optional grip. The control button are very well placed and on the top you have a useful dedicated button for the kind of AF you want, so no need to search in the menu. Talking AF, it's very fast and accurate but...

    Maximum reproduction ratio

    Hi, I'm a bit confused about the term. My lens have a max repro ratio of 1:4, some other lens said 1:7, this is mean a 1:7 may look like appear bigger than the 1:4 ratio. Hope someone can explain. Thanks

    field depht in digiscopy

    Hi, This is a problem with my picture I often encounter while digiscoping. The center are realy sharp but not the tail of the bird. How to correct this?     inverted vignetting

    Hi, I have try to make some video with my scope this week end, but strangely at wide angle there are no vignetting, but when I crank the zoom of the camcorder vignetting appear close to instantly and disapear again when close to the 20X of the zoom??? so what's the problem?
