    Lizard from Southern California Desert

    Just returned from the Anza Borrego Desert in southern California, where I got a couple of shots of this lizard. It was roughly 10 inches long, tip of tail to nose. I'm really stumped - any ideas? Thanks.

    African? Eagle

    My wife took this pic recently at the San Diego zoo. I believe this is some kind of African eagle, but a net search has come up empty. So I'm taking the easy way out and asking the forum.

    Lesser Sand-Plover - Juvenile? Indiana, USA

    A Lesser Sand-Plover (previously Mongolian Plover) showed up today on the southern shore of Lake Michigan in Indiana. We are quite confident it is a juvenile as the coverts have pale fringes, but because of the extreme rarity would like some confirmation if possible from birders more familiar...

    Bizzare Warbler - Indiana, USA

    These pictures were taken May 28 in northern Indiana. One of the most bizzare warblers I've ever seen. A number of birders up here have been chatting about these and came to some conclusions; I thought I'd post them just as kind of a quiz and to get 2nd (3rd, 4th) opinions.
