    Nikon SE eyecups--a lesson in pathetic Nikon customer support

    I have a pair of Zeiss Dialyt 8x30B that need new eyecups and was advised by Zeiss that they are $25.00 each! I think I will have to get a set for my 12x50 se if they are in the $ 5.00 range.

    Zeiss warranty

    Has anyone had experience with their North American warranty? I purchased a 10x30 Conquest that had a halo around the outer edge of the lens. Sent them to the North America repair facility and they said they didn't have anyone qualified to repair them so they sent them to Germany for repair...

    Zeiss Conquest bins

    While doing a search I found this, did they fix your binocular to your satisfaction? I just bought the same binocular and had that problem and also sent them to Zeiss in the US and they sent them to Germany to be repaired.
