    Because the observer who came back in reply to my post, has submitted records in the past to BBRC only to withdraw them. Brunnich's Guillemot I think.

    I don't dispute your pictures are of a Pom Skua. Although from the photo's I can't tell if it is at Titchwell. However the ones I referred to were those on the Point, which were re-identified by well known Point birders as Arctic Skua's.

    Common Swift for me. It looks very similar to the Winterton (Norfolk) bird.

    Cory's are a bit more subtle than being just lighter and bigger in the body than a Great Shear. Or have you a vast amount of experience with the larger shearwaters.

    Jimmy Buttie there's a blast from the past. First met Jimmy walking from Salthouse to Cley, 21st Oct 1977 we had a Great Spotted Cuckoo fly in off the sea. Stood as a Norfolk blocker for about 16 years. Great birding days
